The 4 Pillars Diagnostic

Before you hire anyone, get a second opinion on what's actually broken.

Most businesses don't have a marketing problem. The 4 Pillars Diagnostic reads where the real leak is, across Mindset, Money, Message, and Mechanics. Twelve questions. One honest read.

Twelve questions. Five minutes. One honest read on where you actually are.

The framework

Four pillars. One read.

Pillar 01

Mindset

What are you actually running? We surface the operating beliefs that quietly set the ceiling.

Pillar 02

Money

Are the numbers telling the truth? We map revenue, margin, and the gap between earned and kept.

Pillar 03

Message

Does the market understand why your work matters? We test whether the message feels true, lands clearly, and reaches the right people.

Pillar 04

Mechanics

Does the system run without you? We stress test process, delivery, and the standards that hold under load.

The 4 Pillars Diagnostic

Twelve questions. Five minutes. One honest read.

Answer as honestly as you can. There are no right answers, only a clean read on where the business is leaking, across Mindset, Money, Message, and Mechanics.

We ask for your name and email at the end so we can send your result. No spam, no sequences without your say so.

No catch

About the diagnostic

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. Twelve questions, about five minutes, one honest read on where the business is leaking across Mindset, Money, Message, and Mechanics. You see your result before anyone pitches you anything. Free is the point of it: you should know what is wrong in your own words before you buy.

What does it cost?

It depends on what your business actually needs, and we name it on the Clarity Call once we have read your diagnostic. That conversation is a diagnosis, not a sales call. If Skaffold is not the right fit, or the timing is wrong, we will tell you straight rather than sell you something that will not hold.

How do I know if I am not a fit?

If you want one tool to fix a problem you have not named yet, or the cheapest shortcut with the loudest promise, Skaffold is not for you. It suits operators who are done being the bottleneck and are ready to own the system underneath. We would rather say that up front than after you paid.
