The questions, answered straight.

No upsell hiding at the bottom of each one. If the honest answer is that Skaffold is not a fit, that is what you will read.

Is this just another marketing agency?

No. Not an agency, not a rebrand, not another dashboard nobody checks. Skaffold is the operating layer underneath the business: the connected system that runs while you run the work. Agencies sell you activity. Skaffold installs infrastructure you own and keep.

What does Skaffold actually do?

It holds the business together underneath. One inbox for every channel, full history on every contact, follow up that fires on its own, a pipeline you can see, direct booking, reviews triggered after the job, one dashboard of real numbers, and an AI assistant that answers and books. Eight modules, one system, so every enquiry has a next step whether or not you remember it.

What actually changes day to day?

The apology tax comes off. No more sorry, missed this. No more sorry, thought I had sent that. When a client texts, the answer is already in the thread, because the update sent itself hours ago. You know what is happening on every job without asking anyone. You stop being the thing the business depends on to remember.

How does it work? What is the process?

Four steps, built once, properly. Run the diagnostic. Take a twenty minute Clarity Call, which is a read of your result, not a pitch. We build the connected operating layer with you, measured from day one. Then we prove it, tracking revenue and retention rather than vanity metrics.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. Twelve questions, about five minutes, one honest read on where the business is leaking across Mindset, Money, Message, and Mechanics. You see your result before anyone pitches you anything. Free is the point of it: you should know what is wrong in your own words before you buy.

Do I actually own what you build?

Yes, all of it. Your account, your number, your data, your audience, in your name from day one. We never build inside something you cannot take with you, because that hostage model is exactly what we are getting people out of. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.

Is this done for me, or do I have to build it myself?

Done with you, in sessions, not a PDF and good luck. You never touch DNS. Your only job is the decisions. We install the plumbing, you steer. That is the whole idea: you are not operating the tools, the tools are operating and you are running the business.

Do I have to rip out the tools I already use?

No. We move what matters onto the connected system and migrate your existing clients across with a script that makes you look organised, not scattered. The point is one operating layer underneath, not another tool bolted on the side.

How long until I see something working?

The first value moment is engineered into week one: a dedicated number live and the first automated job notification firing to a real client. It is designed to happen early and on purpose, not left to chance, because belief comes from seeing the system act, not from being told it will.

What does Skaffold run on?

A mature operating platform: CRM, call tracking, reputation management, follow up automation, booking, reporting, and AI assisted conversations in one place. What Skaffold adds is the connected setup done in the right order, plus the intelligence layer on top, per branch attribution and cross site comparison for operators running more than one location.

What does it cost?

It depends on what your business actually needs, and we name it on the Clarity Call once we have read your diagnostic. That conversation is a diagnosis, not a sales call. If Skaffold is not the right fit, or the timing is wrong, we will tell you straight rather than sell you something that will not hold.

Is there proof this works?

The same operating layer ran across the APC national rollout: 122,356 tracked calls, 70 plus branches on one layer, 1.56M Google Business Profile views in a single year, and 18.4M dollars in measurable enterprise value. Completed engagement, data on file, attributable on request. We would rather show receipts than make promises.

How do I know if I am not a fit?

If you want one tool to fix a problem you have not named yet, or the cheapest shortcut with the loudest promise, Skaffold is not for you. It suits operators who are done being the bottleneck and are ready to own the system underneath. We would rather say that up front than after you paid.
