Skaffold at scale

You scaled the operation. Now build the system that survives without you.

Infrastructure for premium and multi-location founders whose reputation is stronger than the system underneath it.

What Skaffold fixes at scale

The complexity your backend can't absorb.

  • High value and low value enquiries landing in the same inbox.
  • Founder dependency.
  • No visibility by location, source, or service line.
  • Team follow up inconsistency.
  • Reputation standards that vary by site.
  • Growth held together by memory and escalation.

The drift no one talks about.

01 / Founder dependency

A business that can't survive a two week holiday.

Three locations, two team leads, one bottleneck: you. The org chart says delegated. The reality says otherwise.

02 / The $25K / $2K problem

A $25,000 engagement and a $2,000 enquiry, same inbox.

Nothing in the system distinguishes them. You've built governance grade reputation on infrastructure that wouldn't pass your own audit.

03 / Growth without backbone

Revenue up, margins holding, complexity climbing.

Every new location or service line adds load the backend can't absorb. You're scaling on duct tape and hoping nobody looks underneath.

The day before

Dominic's phone is the integration layer. A site manager texts a question the customer already answered at another site. The best site's numbers hide the worst site's problems inside the monthly average. He built this from one van and a mobile. He knows the business from the inside, and the inside is in his head.

What it costs

Dominic thinks he needs better reporting. What he needs is to stop being the connection between parts of the business that should already be connected. Three sites, managers who know their jobs, systems he has paid good money for, and when somebody needs an answer they still ring him. The monthly number is green while one site bleeds, because the average hides exactly that. He cannot take two weeks off. The business cannot survive the holiday.

What changes

  1. 0
Diagnostic. Mechanics at scale. The customer side runs as three separate memories and Dominic is the integration.
  2. 1
Clarity Call. The one change is one customer record and one view across every site, so a question asked anywhere has the history behind it, and quoting is delegated inside limits he sets.
  3. 2
Build. The hero is cross site visibility. Skaffold sits over the customer side: enquiries, quotes, jobs, reviews, and the numbers, on one record per customer and one dashboard with every site on the same measures, side by side. Dispatch, fleet, accounts, and HR keep their own systems. Three things are configured for Dominic's rollout rather than switched on: how a customer is matched to one record across sites, the bands managers can quote inside before anything reaches Dominic with the full context, and how an enquiry routes to the nearest site with availability. Every Google profile is answered from one inbox. The rollout runs site by site and is measured from the first one.

The first ordinary week

A customer calls the second site about a job the first site started. The person answering has the record in front of them. Dominic hears about it on Monday, in the report, not on Wednesday, by text. The texts thin out as the record starts answering. He books the two weeks.

Prove It

The measure we would track to know the change is holding.

The share of customers with one record visible from every site, and the share of quotes approved inside the bands without escalation.

Enterprise value, portfolio

Per branch attribution, per source funnel reads, standardised onboarding for new sites. The point wasn't the size of the rollout. It was that the system held when the operator wasn't in the room. APC national rollout, completed engagement. Enterprise value measured across the Deliverators portfolio. Data on file, attributable on request.

On the record

How it works

Four steps. Built once, properly.

0

Run the Diagnostic

Five minutes for a clean read on where the business is leaking: Mindset, Money, Message, or Mechanics.

1

Clarity Call

Twenty minutes. Not a pitch. We review your result, name the highest leverage leak, and tell you honestly whether Skaffold fits.

2

Build the Operating Layer

We install the connected system: inbox, contact memory, pipeline, booking, follow up, reviews, and dashboard. Measured from day one.

3

Prove It

Results Tracking follows every stage, from first impression to retained client. Revenue and retention, not vanity metrics.

The question isn't whether you're busy. It's whether the busyness is building what you said matters.
