The demo estate

See the work before you talk to anyone.

Two lanes, both live. Trade sites built for service operators, and the studio showcase for everything else. Click through as much of it as you like. There is nothing to buy on either one.

27 trade sites and 20 studio builds, all deployed and clickable.

Most of this is demonstration work.

We built these to show what the systems do, not because a client paid for them. Where a build is real client work it says so on the page. Where the business is our own composition, it says that too. You should not have to guess which is which.

Two lanes

Start with the one built for you.

Trade demos

27 sites across 27 trades and five states. Every one is built around the same job: putting the licence, the cover, the reviews and a real price range in front of the customer before they ring the cheaper bloke.

  • 27 trades across NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and WA.
  • Every pricing and proof tool on the sites, explained in plain English.
  • The House: sixteen of those trades building one home, told as a single scroll.

Demonstration businesses. None of them trade, and no sample review is a real testimonial.

Studio showcase

The Deliverators is the studio side of the same shop. Hotels, restaurants, logistics, finance, a karate dojo. This is where the editorial and cinematic work lives. Start here if you are not a trade, or if you want to see the top of the range.

  • 20 builds across four registers, from a laneway kiosk to a financial group.
  • Real client work, our own brands, and demonstrations, each one labelled.
  • Six cinematic scroll builds, including the flagship.

Client work is shown with permission. The rest is labelled on the page.

One of those registers has a name.

The scroll cinematic is the build where the picture moves as you scroll and the page feels like film. It is the most asked about and the least understood thing we make, so it has its own page in plain language.

How to walk it

Four things worth doing while you are in there.

1

Find the closest trade

It will not be your business, but the shape of the decision your customer makes is the same. Read it as your own.

2

Open the pricing page

Watch how the number arrives. It is the difference between a quote that looks expensive and one that looks fair.

3

Read the not-the-cheapest page

Every site has one. It answers the objection before the customer says it out loud, which is the whole point.

4

Then open your own site

Same order, same questions. The gap between the two is the thing worth talking about.

Nothing on either estate asks for a card, and no demo is for sale. They exist so the conversation starts from something you have already seen.

What you are looking at

Three kinds of build, and we label all three.

01 / Real client work

Built for a paying client.

Shown with their permission and marked as client work on the studio showcase. It is the smallest part of the estate, and we do not pad it out with anyone else's logo.

02 / Our own brands

Products we build and run.

Sell My Service, The Certain Way, Systems Incubator, SecurityPolicy and the rest. Real trading businesses, ours, so the site is a live one rather than a sample.

03 / Demonstrations

The larger part of it.

The businesses are compositions we invented so we could build the site properly. Ink Gin is the one build about a real brand, and it was made on our own initiative and offered as a gift. Husk Distillers is not a client of ours.

Look at all of it. Then look at your own site.
